The dreaded synopsis

I'm being a little lazy today. Not getting the recommended six+ hours of sleep. Makes mush of my brain. So, I caught a thread over at Absolute Write posted byJoshua Palmatier about winning synopsi written by published authors in the spec/ fic genres. There's quite a number of links to other authors and their book-selling synopsis. Some have a little insight on the process. Writing one is a tedious task that all of us must learn to do in order to sell our work.
