Dean the Mean Machine

I just added a link to Dean Koontz's website. he doesn't have a blog per se, but instead has this "different" little character, a computerized Dean on the header that gives a monthly breakdown into Dean's world and thoughts. He's fun to watch and listen to.

Also, I've been waiting for the thrid book, Dead and Alive, in his Frankenstein trilogy. The first two were a blast, full of action, intrigue, and science gone horribly wrong. Life would be incomplete without the final chapter in Carson's and Duecalion's battle against the megalomanical Victor Helios. With a December release date this is expected to be a long year!

Personal Demons

Paula Guran of Juno Books posted a review of Stacia Kane's Personal Demons. Praise to Stacia for breaking one mold that I've often wondered about or feared: Must all Urban Fantasy be written in the first person? Not so. Congrats, Stacia!
